Default Bled system, no pedal feel,HELP-asap

Just put a newSpec stg.3 clutch all new hydraulics. Got everything bolted in, bled the system. Nothing but straight fluid coming out,and my pedal is still no better. It is still soggy as crap. We kept bleeding the system and no more air came out. Pedal still is like crap. the hydraulics are the upgraded hydraulics(01-02). I dont know what the deal is

I had the same problem with my install... We had all fluid, but the pedal was still soft.

The problem was with the Master. We used a Mityvac.. and created a cycle with just the master. One line from the master to the mityvac, and the other hose out of the mity vac into the master resevoir. After a couple cycles of this a lot of bubbles came out.. Once we were sure the master was clear.. We reconnected everything, and proceeded to bleed it the normal way. Everything was cool after that.

I hope this helps...

Alls well. Thanks for the advice. Pulled a ton of air out. I bled the master on the car and it worked very well(thanks MITYVAC). All that is left for my a4-m6 swap is a few wires, but im driving it around anyways.
