You should remove/cut the outerflange from the ls1 bellhousing and have someone tig weld it to the delorean bellhousing. What kind of flywheel are you gonna run?
Would it be easier to run a Corvette transaxle instead of modifying your bell, hardest part would be mocking up a crossmember. Better gears in the trans to handle the HP.
