upgrading trans.. whats a good kit to buy?

upgrading trans.. whats a good kit to buy? got a t56 with 3rd shift fork bad and 3rd pops out occasionally gotta hold 3rd in place til its fully engaged and i know i need a steel 3rd-4th shift fork and its 30 bucks but might as well replace all i can while its out whats a good kit that has all the sycros and gaskets etc to buy that way when i take it out and to the shop they can install it...?
