Default TKO 500 vs t56 for camaro turbo

Hello

I'm confused Between TKO 500 and t56 for my camaro


some say TKO 500 is better and some say t56 is better



now my camaro with t56 What should I do???



and what gears is batter 3.42 or 3.73 ??

Unless you have a fitment that is helped by running a TKO 500 (older Camaro,) the T56 is the stronger box minus the output shaft and better option.

Turbo is going to shine w/ less total gear so 3.42.

TKO500 has too steep of a 1st gear for a turbo application. If you are going with a TKO, do the 600 model. Ideally a TH400 or build auto overdrive is better for a turbo setup.
