Default LT1 t56 Slave/Pivot fork issue

Alright forgive the terminology here, I don't know what every parts called..

Today was driving my car as normal, went to shift 4-5 at 2kish rpms.. clutch hard as a rock. Pulled car over.. pedal wouldn't move. Bypassed the safety switch, flat shifted to a garage..

Up on stands, looking at the driver side of the trans. Braided line goes to slave, slave, then the piston with the ball goes into the cup of the 'clutch pivot fork(?), which then goes into the trans. Now normally, that piston is straight into the fork, mine however, is cocked out, towards the door, the fork as well seems far out of the trans. Now first I pushed the fork back in, and the piston went too. Started it, within 5 seconds I heard metal on metal. Also, clutch pedal now depresses after I heard a quick snap, and lost all pressure in pedal.. I have yet to check, but I have a feeling it came back out cocked. I'll get a picture up soon.

Please guys a little help, I haven't got a huge bugdet and this IS my daily..

alright well, currently treating this as a seized/blown apart throwout bearing

You probably need a new slave cylinder.

Definetly, but that broke because the bearing seized, throwing the fork out of the bellhousing, and yanking the piston out of the slave too far.. thanks
