Default Squeaky clutch!

When i push the clutch in, before the catch there is a terrible squeaking sound. Same thing after the catch when I'm releasing the clutch. Think of a really old spring compressing slowly. Any ideas?

I had the same problem last fall. I just sprayed pb blaster....same as wd40....on the spring up above the pedal. I haven't had a problem since.
