Default hydraulic clutch help

Ok ive put in a diamond stage 3 clutch in my 02 camaro. my question is ive done the clutch twice now the first time went perfect but i had a rear main seal leak after we did it so I had to completley tear out the clutch and get that fixed. When we tried to fix the oil leak started the car with just a flywheel so to push the clutch in we had to open the the valve on the hydraulic line so i could push in the clutch to start it...the car is all back together now but we cant get the pedal to build any pressure and were running out of ideas. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. we have bleed the clutch about 15 times i would have a hard time believing it would take more bleeds then that

I just swapped out my clutch yesterday and had the exact same problem. I installed a speedbleeder, and after an hour of pumping fluid there was still no feel to the pedal. I ended up using a mity-vac on the reservoir like in this thread (the post by daddySS), and it sucked the air bubbles out after a few repeats:

From what I can tell, it takes a long time to get the air out of the fluid if you're bleeding the traditional way. If you use the vacuum pump method, be careful not to pull any more than the recommended (15-20 hg) because it could damage your hydraulics (or so I have read).

If you click on the link that dahardon posted, look at post #3. There is a sentence in there that makes all the difference in the world:

Pump the clutch pedal until firm (to refill actuator cylinder).

After I bled my clutch using my remote bleeder hose, I had to manually pump that pedal and pull it back up until it built up pressure.

I've also bled my clutch with a MityVac and I had to manually pump the clutch pedal and pull it back up unitl it built up pressure.

Maybe you've already done this but if not, I'm sure it'll fix you're problem. Good luck with it. These hydraulic clutches are very frustrating once they go wrong.
