Default T56 Rebuild/Upgrade parts from where?

Hi I'm after some info on what parts I need to sort my box out & where is best to source them online.
I have problems shifting from 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 & 4-3 especially when revving over 3k rpm. Engaging 1st from neutral causes a crunch & when going into 3rd I can hear what I suspect is the syncro.

As its a swap I'm unsure what type of T56 I have.. EFi Live show's me the following.

World Manufacturer Index 6G2 General Motors Pontiac - Australia
Year of manufacture 4 2004
Model VX GTO
Engine G LS1
Engine size G 5.7 litre V8 SFI
Body 1 Two-Door Coupe Hardtop (27, 37, 47, 57)
Restraints 2 Active (manual) belts w/ driver & passenger inflatable restraint system - front & side
Plant L Elizabeth, Australia
Sequence 286743 286743

I rebuilt my T56 by ordering from The Gear Box. They have a GTO T56 section that have the certain parts you need. I know they do international shipping as well. I don't think they are a sponsor so I won't post the link, they're on Google though . Use the .org by the way, .com sends you to a gay leather shop lol......not that I would know

FWIW, 99% of the time when more than one gear is involved, you have a clutch and/or hyd issue, not an internal trans issue..

It's got a new LS7 clutch so I hope it's the box, obv we'll check the clutch when the box gets dropped.

I suspect it's just wear & tear my pullout had a claimed mileage of 54k but I think the vendor missed a 1 off the front....
