Question Banging/rattling coming from under pedals...

I took my car in to the dealership to get the 3-4 syncro replaced for the 3rd time under warranty. I also had the guy install my new Spec Stage 3 clutch, I previously had the McLeod carbon/organic. When I started to drive out of the parking lot there was a banging/rattling noise coming from under the pedals. I could even feel it. Is the chatter or something else? The McLeod would chatter when I would take off slow and wouldn't give it enough gas. It shook the whole car but it didn't do what this is doing. It also didn't have near as much clutch pressure as it used to have, I have the McLeod adjustable master. It probably had just a little bit more pressure than stock, but not much more. Does the clutch make the pressure different or does the master? Any ideas what the problem could be? Could the mechanic not have bolted something up right? Sorry so long, I'd really appreciate it if someone could answer as many of my questions as possible. Thanks.
