Default trans fluid

what kind mobil 1 full synthetic, gm syncromesh, valvoline,etc?? i was told syncromesh,on new carbon fiber,i bought it the bottle says:will not breakdown. anybody with experience on this subject? please advise me. thanks in advance.. oldman....

nobody answered so i went with high dollar syncromesh, says on back of bottle: does not breakdown. it's for carbon fiber rings not good for stock paper rings. was told it will soon be phased out in lew of ac/delco will replace it with a less expensive product

I read on here a while back that T56s dont really like synthetic fluid and to just stick with conventional atf. I could be wrong though cause I read that a couple years back.
