Default Tick master & Pedal Travel

Im using a Tick master on a 62 Nova. I believe the max pushrod stroke for the tilton MC is 1.1" and bore of 7/8". My concern is I'll be pushing too much fluid into the slave. Previously, I was using a stock MC with a stroke of 1" and bore of 3/4". Is it possible to push to much fluid into the slave? I'll be making a pedal stop so I don't have to worry about pushing too much fluid what should I limit the pushrod stroke to?

yes you can push too much fluid into it, and pop the slave or damage the pressure plate

you just need to be careful when you're adjusting it. limit the stroke with the adjustment. start with it very short, see if it goes into gear. if not bring it up a bit. once it goes into gear sit on a level surface in 1st with the clutch all the way in and rev to redline, if the car lurches then it needs to come up more. once it doesn't lurch stop and you're all good to go.

That works but I was more or less hoping for an actual stroke length to shoot for when setting it up.. Thanks!
