i need the bearing/races that are in the tail housing and front cover for the main shaft, counter shaft, and input shaft (the idler i dont need). i see bearings for sale but having trouble visualizing what goes where...

i havent really found a good parts list (with p/n), just the exploded view in the manual.

I can get you them tomorrow maybe not all but most. And they can be bought at the local autoparts just tell them you want timken don't settle for less

yea.. =| i looked for it before i posted and didnt have much luck. never did order the parts though. was getting the engine ready.


also, there is no part number in the pdf for A4-2 the outer race for the main shaft support bearing or for the bearing itself

Most of the tapered roller bearings are timken, others are not. The A4 bearing and race are ACDelco parts S1314. Listed on Rockauto for $40. I still contend that the bearing kits are cost-effective after needing 3 or more bearings...
