Default Shimms when resurfacing stock flywheel

I am going to be getting a Spec Stage 3, and I wanted to konw if the stock flywheel is strong enough to take the abuse that the spec can dish out. Also, I will have the stock flywheel resurfaced and balanced. When I have it resurfaced, is there anything I have to know, like shimms or alignment problems?

Also which type of material should I get? The x-pad sounds pretty nice.

when you get the flywheel cut find out how much they removed. 1st cut unless it's in real bad condition will not need to have to much removed so you should not have to shim.

How do I know how much before I need to shimm. And where can I buy the shimms, or will washers work?
