Reverse synchro wave washer direction

Reverse synchro wave washer direction The service manual says to install the wave washer so the concave side faces the blocker ring. The wave washer appears to be the same on both sides. Does it matter how it goes in?
I am also flipping the synchro sleeve so the teeth facing the blocker and reverse gear are fresh. This is okay correct?

Just went through that PITA myself. Didn't have a manual, my washer was blown to ****. After picking up a used one, getting back and realizing I didn't remember how it went on, lost the day because it was too late. Checked a new one to see how it should be assembled. Also flipped the synchro sleeve, it's a slight bit longer but it still disengages just fine, actually it syncs better than before with the extra length. Been 3 weeks now and running good

Are the synchro sleeves not symmetrical? I know they have a line/groove on one side, but I heard they were symmetrical anyways. People have reported them being installed in their stofk T56's in differing directions. My 1-2 and 3-4 synchro grooves are towards the engine, the 5-6 is towards the rear, and I think reverse was towards the rear but it now towards the front since I flipped it.
