Drill mod experience

I am sure this has been covered to an extent but I would like to hear from people that have actually done the drill mod.

Are you happy you did?

Is there any reason not to?

What improvements did you notice?

Yes I am happy I did it. No there isnt any reason not. I noticed the pedal returned a lot faster than stock. I also noticed the clutch engages and disengages a lot cleaner now that the restriction is removed. This is really noticeable when powershifting where the stcok clutch wouldnt want to hold on aggresive shifts

The drill mod along with a short stick definitely helped me on the quick 2-3 shift.

Nope but there is a pin holding the stainless steeel line into the master. If you take that pin out and HOLD THE LINE STRAIGHT you have to stick a .125" or 1/8" drill bit into the line to drill out the restriction

you can also look at install universities website. The bit size they used is wrong. 1/8" is all you need
