t56 recommended fluid/ amount. built from tdp I'm just about to fill my trans for the first time since i got it back from texas drivetrain performance. Just wondering whats the best fluid and how much i should put in it

Buddy called Tremec yesterday. They recommended he run Mobile 1 synthetic in his TDP trans. I've ran Castrol and Pennzoil successfully in my TDP trans. I will be switching to Redline next.

Dextron III only. That is what Jason will tell you. Fill it thrugh the top where the shifter bolts on. Leave the top fill bolt out. When it starts coming out there you are done.
