clutch/stick feels weird no leak

clutch/stick feels weird no leak Prior til this morning my issues have been ocasionally 4th pops out, reverse pops out half the time, both of these pop out but I believe its cause there not fully engaging...
Now this morning, fired her up, pushed the clutch in and the shifter would not move from neutral?!?!?! Pumped the clutch a couple times got it to go out of neutral and for the life of me I could not get reverse to engage at all, pumped a couple more times and shifter stuck in neutral again...oh and the clutch pedal feels weird, its very inconsistent on when it wants to come back up....
Anyways I finally just let the car roll back out of the driveway and drove about 5 miles to work, no issues shifting 1st thru 4th til I got here and it still won't engage reverse....
Clutch fluid is at max level, looks clean, no signs of leak of master piston...
Can a master fail without leaking???
