Default warmed up grind

Once the car warms up all gears grind slightly upshifting unless I pause for a moment then shift. Also the rpm's go up about 200-300 when the clutch is first disengaged. 0 problems downshifting. Have tried power flushing the clutch my my motive bleeder 5 times and changed the trans fluid and no improvement. The warmer it is outside the more problems I have. If I'm driving on the highway for a while in the cooler night air the car will shift fine. Also every once in a while when I'm coming up to a stop and put the trans into 1st gear and hold it there in a complete stop I will get a spinning grinding sound. Engage the clutch and it goes away. The clutch is a spec stage 1 that has about 10k miles. I replace the slave and master cylinder when I put this clutch in. I had the stock flywheel resurfaced. The clutch has always had a lot of chatter to it.
