Late engaging clutch = new clutch?

Default Late engaging clutch = new clutch?

My clutch doesnt engage till the pedal is nearly all the way out, 1/2" to 3/4" of pedal travel left. My question is do i need a new clutch? do i need to replace everything?
its the stock clutch with 80k on it so im thinking its time for my first clutch install but just wanted confirmation, idk much about trannies. thanks

Mine was the same 90000 k . It's time. Replace the m/c too. I didn't and my car is on Jack stands waiting on one now.
