Default Which pilot bearing do I need to use?

I have a LS376 (LS3 bored and stroked out) that I'll be installing in a 1968 Camaro. I'm going to be using the stock OEM LS7 flywheel, clutch and pressure plate setup, QT RM-8020 bell housing, and a T-56 Magnum. After doing some research, it looks like there's two bearings that are recommended depending the transmission input shaft length. GM 12557583 is the large bearing and GM 14061685 is the small bearing. Has anyone done this setup before?
