Default six speed help

I ahve a 2000 pontiac trans am. 6 speed

The other day i was at the light and i pushed the clutch in and it stuck. i pushed it again and tried shifting and it wouldnt go into gear. So i pressed on it a bunch of times and if finally came back and is fine. but this morning it did it again. \

Any ideas on what is going on?

Try bleeding the slave to get some new fluid in there. If that doesn't work you may need to look into a new slave and/or master. Most likely the slave though. They weren't made with the best tolerances.

Probably the slave. COMMON t56 issue. Simple $80 fix. Drop trans. Replace slave. Install trans. Bleed. Drive.
