Default Sound Deadening

Anyone put sound deadening insulation in the center console to drown out transmission noise? If so what did you use and where did you get it? Im not talking about dynamatting, but something like fiberglass insulation filling material. I randomly put my sweatshirt in the console around the shifter and it quieted it down quite a bit.

That's like dynamatting. Im thinking more along the lines of filler for the console.

this is nothing like dynomat. i would also say it would do a much better job than your sweatshirt as well.

I'm thinking of an insulation material like fiberglass in your house that I can pack into the console, not a liner I need to cut, glue and install. Although a liner might help on the inside of the console, but I'm not looking to pull up the carpet and line the whole cabin, just the console to help drown out some of those transmission noises.
