Default Identify this clutch please.

When We put together my gf's LS1 240SX she got this clutch used from a friend he told her it was a McLeod Super Street Pro clutch it looked to be in decent shape so we installed it when we put in the T56( i will never again install a clutch im 100% percent on or used for now on) We roll raced the car a good amount and no issues (2760 without driver and 422hp at the wheels on a mustang dyno) took it to the track one and had all kinds of issues with the clutch not going into gear after the burnout and clutch falling to the floor in the upper rpms. This car has a fresh rebuild trans with some goodies and all new hydraulic (new OEM GM slave and willwood 3/4 master) i bleed the entire system after the track and everything was clean and drove fine but as soon as you went wot around 5k or so the clutch pedal would just sink to the floor.

At this point i ordered a brand new LS7 clutch kit for it and today i pulled the trans. Pressure plate looks very hot spotted among other things.

Here is some pics
