Default T56 3rd-4th gear shifts

Hello,
I recently purchased an 01 Camaro LS1 with T56. I was told the car had a new clutch, slave and master and it needed to be bled. You would have to pump up the pedal to get the clutch to work. After this, it still didn't like to go into gears unless shifting very low RPMs. I tried many different ways to bleed the clutch with no luck. It kept bleeding off and the pedal would sag overnight. I took it to a Chevy dealership and had it looked at. They said it needed a new slave cylinder. I didn't agree with this, so I bought a Tic Performance master cylinder and put it on. It helped alot and I haven't had the problems of the pedal sagging or needing to "pump" up the clutch anymore. However, I still have a problem of a grinding when I shift into 3rd or 4th gear. Even at low RPM it will grind a little. I can go from 2 to 5th with no problem and all of the other gears work fine. I'm assuming I need new syncros in 3rd and 4th gear? But I wanted opinions on what I need to do before I give up and pull the trans out.

Thanks

Well, I'd say if all the other gears go in fine, esp able to go 2nd to 5th, you're looking at new 3rd/4th syncros. There may be more knowledgable people on here, but I only have experienced that kind of issue when specific syncros are worn. Call up a sponser here, http://www.ddperformance.com/ they completley rebuilt my trans, all my gears/syncros were damaged to some extent. Shifts like butter now.

Thanks for the input. Sounds like I should pull the transmission out...
