Default TR6060 to LS1?

I know it has been asked, but I can't find a straight answer.

If I buy a Tr6060, clutch, and hydraulics from a 5th gen camaro, will it all bolt up to my LS1? It is going into a non LS Vehicle, so I don't care where the shifter ends up like the 4th gen people would.
Thanks!

Yes, the bellhousing depth, clutch, flywheel, slave and new pilot bearing will work correctly together.

So I need to tear it apart and put in a new mainshaft or no?

That option is viable for someone with a solid rear axle whose driveline is most easily and economically suited by a slip-yoke driveline.

Others are keeping the fixed tripod yoke and adapting the driveline similar to the G8, GTO and CTS. Slip-spline drivelines like some trucks with 2-piece drivelines are another way to suit it.

Also, you will need to fabricate a shifter/ linkage to fit your application.
