rpm's go up shifting and grinding After the car is warmed up when I disengage the clutch the rpm's go up about 200-200 rpm before finally dropping. I have to shift with a delay or the gears will slightly grinds. All gears. I have changed the trans fluid, flushed the clutch about 6 times with power bleeder and tried a mity vac.
