I just installed a monster stage 3 clutch from Tick Performance. It came with a new slave cylinder and I am reusing my RAM adjustable master cylinder. I also bought a speed bleeder from Tick Performance. I started to bleed the clutch by slightly opening the speed bleeder. I get fluid and air coming out but the pedal does not come back on its own. I make sure to refill with dot 3 before it gets too low. The pedal does not seem to build any pressure. I tried closing the speed bleeder to see if it would build pressure but it does not. I did notice that fluid would still come out of the speed bleeder even though I closed it. Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong? All the lines are connected.

first thing i would ask you is what did you do with the directions for the bleeder? thats going to resolve most prob. may be online version if you threw them out, some speed bleeders have one way check valve, you dont open and close them like you would a reg. bleeder screw im,not real familiar with the ticks model

i crack it open put the end in the reservior and pump the pedal you do have to pull it off the floor and someone watches for the bubbles to stop then pull it out and close it and pump the pedal a few more times and should have pressure.

my tick bleeder did not come with instructions/information either...but one would wonder if its worth it given the number of issues.
I've got my line running through the engine bay with all the other brake lines. bleed and fill at the same spot.
