Default clutch pedal dilemma

I'm in the process of dropping an ls1 into my 91 blazer. I'm stuck at the master cylinder now. I bought a wilwood MC and bolted it in the blazer stock location. only problem now is the MC shaft is about 2-3 inches lower than than the original bolt hole. What would be the easiest fix? I thought about shimming the MC to give it more of an upward angle, or just drilling a new hole in the pedal. I'll lose leverage and the pedal won't have as much movement. Any suggestions? The black circle is where the shaft would be lined right up.

Just a thought the blazer uses a hydraulic clutch from the factory. Cant you use the stock one to operate you LS slave. I am just guessing it might have enough travel and capacity to work. Just guessing.

Well I started with an auto vehicle so I don't have an original MC and decided to upgrade while I'm already dug in. I may just try to fab up a shim for it and align the shaft that way.
