Default will this work?

Im finishing by 408 build and now am needing a clutch. I really dont have the money for a new clutch like a monster stage 3. Would an lS7 clutch kit work okay? I rarely track my car as is so im not worried about that. From other similar 408 builds im expecting around 520RWHp and the LS7 clutch is rated to 500. Any info would be great!

Will it work yes. But some abuse and it will fry it in no time. I rather wait and save cuz in the long run you will save money. Do it once.

depends what you mean by track...

if you plan to drag the car...It will hold for a few of passes if you dump high in the rev band.

if you meant lapping, LS7 will last considerably longer...

Ls7 clutch is a high performance clutch for street use...so you can put the LS7 clutch in and resist going to the track (yes i know, where's the fun in that!) or you can exercise patience (which i'm no good at when it comes to this car stuff!) and put in something that will handle the power.
