Default LQ9/T56/Bellhousing/Mid Plate Questions

Sorry for the noob questions.

I have a T56 trans from a 2002 Camaro that I'm mating to a LQ9. What bellhousing do i need? Also, do i need a mid plate or can i run it without the plate?

If you have the bell housing that came with the T56, you can use that. If you are sure that you have an LQ9, you won't need a flywheel spacer if that is what you mean by a "mid plate"??? Quicktime part # RM-8020 would work as well. The Quicktime bell does come with a "mid plate" that must be used. Also, make sure you get the right style pilot bearing/bushing...
