3rd and 4th gear issues

3rd and 4th gear issues Ok here is the issue...
Third gear sometimes has low rpm grinding but if ur racing it will grind almost every time if u are over 4500rpm.
Fourth gear if u are at higher rpms it will kick into second instead... No matter how slow u try and shift
Last night i was talked into racing at lvms. And it all went fine till third... Small grind.... Fourth. Went straight into second... Any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated
P.s i recently changed my clutch and slave....but it was doing all that befor clutch change

The grinding is probably due to a bad syncro ring and possibly a set of bent or broken shift keys. As for the the going into 2nd gear instead of 4th gear, I'm not quite sure what to tell you on that. They both are downward movements on the shift pattern but do not share the same shift gates.
