Hooking up cruise control after A4>M6 tune
ok well I've searched a lot around here and up until now it really hasn't bothered me that I lost cruise control due to the swap but now I want it back. I already have the jumper wire from the brake pedal extended to the clutch anticipate switch. However the anticipate switch has a gray wire which must go to pin 32 on the pcm and then a black one which must go to ground.
Now I need a wire that already goes to the pcm that I can use to hook up to the anticipate switch. I'm looking at this wire here its pin 33 and is meant for the tcc on the brake switch. I'm thinking of simply repinning it to pin 32 (the port for the anticipate switch) and then cutting it off the tcc switch and wiring it to the clutch pedal and simply grounding the black wire off the switch... is there any issues with that plan? in the diagram below it shows that the tcc pink wire also goes to the fuse block however being that im an m6 now the tune doesnt even use that wire anymore, so i should be able to cut it correct?
