Reverse Problem

Reverse Problem Hi all
I just had a new clutch and slave cylinder put in over the weekend, drove it home with no problem. Today when I went to back the car out of the driveway I had a hard time to put the car in reverse, when I did shift it into reverse there was a loud grinding noise. I drove the car to the store no problem, but when I went to leave I had the same problem with reverse again. Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Any help is appreciated.
