Default drag cags

Just got my hp tuner and I was gonna disable cags altogether when i decided it would be better to have it lock me out of 2nd when shifting from third to fourth at redline by changing the enable speed to 65 mph or so. Has anyone done this successfully? I was wondering since it also locks you out of third normally, when i change it is gonna lock me in third and not let me shift? Also, since the max disable throttle position is 100%, is this gonna disable it at wot anyway? I suppose when i let off the gas to shift it should enable it, but I guess it wouldn't work if i powershifted.

I am really the only person to ever try this? Well it didn't work, but i am gonna play with the settings some more. Well at least I think it didn't work cause the skip shift light didn't come on during the shift to fourth.

I know I could do it with my LS1-edit, but I haven't played with it. I trashed most of my valvetrain due to a 3-2 mis-shift at 6K rpm.

I used to have the cags solenoid wired up to a switch on the shifter. I would flip it on after shifting into 3rd gear. It worked pretty good. You won't get locked in 3rd gear either.
