need advice
need advice ok guys im in need of some advice i currently have a t-56 worn syncros on 3 and 4 im looking for viable options to put behind my new forged 6liter with an f1r procharger in my 98 ss. its gonna be dialed down like crazy right now probably down to 15-18 psi however i need a tranny to hold the power. i dont know if i should go with a built turbo 400, or another manual valve body automatic or stay with a six speed and if i stay what can i get that would hold up to that. car is mainly street but would like to hit a track or two this yr
is this car gonna get a lot of track time? 
Its a stock F body case with a 32 spline SSR output shaft and syncro's.

I think they are using 31 spline output shafts now due to the SSR ones being hard to get.
