Default What Clutch? What Transmission Upgrades?

I have a 2000 Z28 LS1 Camaro with 95k miles. Original Clutch and no transmission work done. I just got done with my engine modifications and made 443hp and 480 ft*lbs. I'm seeing a lot of opinions on what clutch to go with but I would like some input for my specific setup. I would like to rebuild the transmission while it's out.

What clutch?
Aluminum Flywheel?
Transmission rebuild/Upgrade kit?

Keep in mind that I do drive this car on a daily basis, car has never seen the track but it might a little but mainly just a fun driver....

Thanks in advance for opinions and reviews on different parts and upgrades!

Well my ride makes similar power to yours, and I recently did a McLeod RST twin disk clutch with a matching lightweight steel flywheel. The car had a Spec stage 2 that was wasted when I bought it a few months back

Not sure I'm ready to drop $1,000+ on a clutch set up since I'm rebuilding the transmission at the same time...

Any ideas on transmission rebuild/ upgrade kits?

I would do a Monster Level 2 clutch with their standard 28lb flywheel and the basic T56 upgrades in the transmission, a fresh set of friction rings, billet 3-4 synchro keys, steel 3-4 fork, bronze fork pads and shifter bushing.

That will get you a stout setup for a mild DD car.
