Default New to M6

Alright guys bought my first manual car a couple months ago (2000 SS M6). Has 101k on it. When I first bought it everything was fine, so far have put 1500 miles on it, but now it's acting strange and not knowing much about manuals I'm a little lost. The previous owner put a Monster clutch(don't know the stage), new flywheel and slave within the last 5k miles. So every morning when I go to leave to work as I shift it's making a groaning noise as I hold the clutch in, and does it every time I shift. After the car warms up a bit it totally stops and makes no noise, but after Ive been driving for a while, 45 minutes +, when I let the clutch out from a stop it chatters pretty decent. Ive been told throwout bearing and that the clutch needs to be adjusted.
Thoughts?
Thanks guys

Could be the TB bearing.. or if it has an adj. master cylinder the clutch is overextending and needs to be adjusted. If its a monster stage 3 it will chatter some from what I've experienced. How does it act at WOT? Does the clutch pedal go to the ground or get hung up?

I think the clutch definitely needs adjusted, I have to go petal to the floor for the clutch to engage. And for when it's at WOT I'm pretty sure it goes to the ground, honestly I never noticed anything out of the ordinary.

Does the car shudder while taking off from a stop?

Try this out if you can to see if it's an engagement issue; plant your clutch pedal all the way to the floor, put the car in first gear, foot off the brake, and then rev the car, quick rev to 3500 rpm or so. If your on flat ground the car shouldn't move. IF the car does move forward when you rev it, you might have found your problem. I'm no expert but i did have an engagement issue one time that I didnt know about until I tried this.

any chance you can get a sound clip of the moaning when the car is cold?

Edit: Realistically I'd start pulling things out to try and figure out what it was.

I would say it's the throw out bearing.
