it lasts and drives normally excellent but doesn't like to shift at high rpm , its considerably heavier than stock setup and the stock hydraulics don't like that.
My m6 had it when I got it and another clutch isn't in the budget , I would suggest a light flywheel to get back down to stock weight or below , not really knocking the clutch , replacement is cheap , holds well etc.. just trying to help you prevent having to fight shift blocking.
There is also a recent post in here with list of less expensive clutches that hold up well that listed the whole kit at summit for pretty cheap if you want it with the stock flywheel
67 ss yes it will work with an ls1 but the flywheel needs to match the ls7 clutch , ls1 flywheel does not.

We list the kit on our website here: http://www.tickperformance.com/gm-ls...-applications/
...but for similar money, I'd take a long, hard look at Monster's Level 1, which is rated to support a similar amount of power as the LS7, but is warranted for one year against manufacturer defects and comes with a Billet Steel Flywheel rather than a cast GM unit: http://www.tickperformance.com/monst...-capacity-450/
