Default Bought a T-56 from keisler engineering

I bought a new t-56 from Keisler Engineering a few years back. They said it was a 2003 cobra core built to hold 600 ft lbs. I was thinking of buying a pro 5.0 shifter and found a fbody one. Does anyone know if it will work on the cobra core I have? Should I just go buy a mustang pro 5.0? Searched with no luck. Didn't know if there was a difference when it comes to putting in shifters.

Thanks

I would definitely contact Keisler about this. I bought a B&M shifter for a Keisler T56 that went into my 89 IROC and it was no where near the same. Sorry I couldnt be of more help, but I just returned the shifter and never followed up on it.

If it is truely a Cobra-based core, no the Fcar shifter will not fit.
