I have a 2000 formula 6 spd, having some issues with reverse. Every time i put the car in reverse it grinds as i let out of the clutch. I can pull up and let the car roll back some times it will go in some times just all grinding. Iv changed the trans fluid and tried to bleed the slave cylinder several times any advice is welcomed..

 

Anybody got any ideas

 

is this in any other gear or just reverse?
