Default Ranger clutch care method unsuccessful

I've been trying the ranger clutch care method and I
haven't had much luck. I've ran about 1.5 L of dot4
through my clutch master cylinder reservoir. I'm able
to get the fluid clear.

The fluid stays clear briefly. And I mean, VERY briefly!
I tried it again today, ran about ~10 cycles through.
I went for a 8 km trip to the grocery store driving
very conservatively (no high rpm/wot shifting!) and
I decided to pop the hood when I got back to my
garage.

To my disappointment, the clutch fluid is black already!
What is causing this and what do I need to do to fix this?
Easy/cheap things to try would be appreciated. The shifting
has also gotten pretty stiff and it doesn't always go all the way
into gear esp. with 3rd and 4th without a bit of a fight.

I've taken it to the local Chevy dealer, and they are being clueless
about it claiming it "shifts fine, 3 different mechanics drove it"
So frustrating when you take your car in , leave it there all day they
fix nothing and then charge you for it!!

Any help is appreciated!!

The only way you're going to get all the black fluid out is with a pressure bleeder or with a remote bleeder line and a helper.

Yes, the main reason Ranger used that method was because he was going for e.t./speed 1/4 mile records while being able to claim a BONE STOCK, completely un-modified/un-touched C6 Z06!!

I can almost guarantee you that once he has to replace the clutch in that car, he will install a remote speed bleeder on the slave cylinder, even if he still puts in an OEM/GM LS7 clutch setup once again.

Bleed/flush the clutch system, if it keeps coming up black that quickly (other guys can chime in here) wouldn't that indicate the master or slave cylinder is faulty?

I use that method often and it works. It's not the best solution cause a remote bleeder would cure the issue but it works. Once I swap clutches i'll be adding a remote bleeder but for times when I can't bleed it i'll still use the method.

I am having the same problem as the original poster.

Is the only remote bleeder the tick one? Or are there others? I tried bleeding it from the bleeder valve on the transmission, but it is way too hard to get to.

Is there any braided lines in an LS cutch setup? There is a good chance the rubber hose/liner inside the braided line is breaking down. You can flush and flush, but if the line is breaking down, it will continue to contaminate the system.

Put a new line on it, then flush.
