Default monster clutch help...

so my monster stage 3 finally went out today.. but i need some help now.. my 01 z28 is subject to:
long drives to college(300 miles)
track visits (once every maybe 3 months)
lots of street pulls
i also have some 243's and a big cam that are ready to be installed and a 100 shot in the near future ..

im looking at the stage two but not very positive if i should go for the 2 or three considering im not looking at hitting 700 anytime too or hard launching because i still have my 10 bolt and being a broke college student is a factor ..

Nitrous on a 2 is a big NO NO!

Go with a level 3. The torque spike will kill the level 2.

How many miles are on the one in the car?

My $0.02 - you should say no nitrous for the level 2 on the web site.

Most folks that are ready for nitrous are already at at LEAST 400 to the tire... a 150 hit puts you AT or OVER the rating.

I do see your point though if we're talking about a 75 dry shot or something.

OP, go with a stage 3 and don't look back.

Just thought it may help people in getting the right clutch.
400hp + very common 100 HP shot is well under a stage 2 rating but still not recommended.

Go with a twin disk like the RXT. Better driveability and more holding power then most single disc clutches.

Agreed, but general rule of thumb is you don't want to be within 50
