Default Slave cylinder gone mad!!!

I was booked in for a track day here in the UK today, but yesterday i decided to push some fresh fluid through, more fool me!
I pumped the pedal with the bleed valve shut and it seems the thrust bearing just jacked itself off the end, and pewked its fluid all over the floor and has wedged itself into the clutch!
The car will roll away while in gear!! WTF.
I need a replacement slave to start, where and what are the most reliable?
I see on US Ebay complete clutches from around $370 are they Junk?
Periodically my clutch pedal stuck to the floor after high revs, i run a standard LS7 clutch and i am making around 530RWHP.

I am yet to get the clutch out of the car that will be in a few days, i am sick of the sight of it at the moment, the day was booked and that alone has cost $300 to do nothing!!
