breaking in spec stage 3

breaking in spec stage 3 well i searched and seen to go anywhere from 100-500 miles. then said to dump the clutch at about 4000 rpm. so what do i do just take off traction and do it like im gonna just do a massive burnout or what? i can understand the breakin miles but when it comes to dumping am i doin it like im gonna do a burnout or just launch really hard? and how many times do i need to do this? wanna clear this up cause im still on the stock rear end for now

It should have come with instructions. I think they said 400 miles in city conditions, no hard driving or high rpm durring that time. Never heard anything about a dump at the end, I think that may just be people's way of signifying that their break-in is over :-)
