Long *** socket extension (as long as you can get), 15mm swivel head socket, pry bar, blue and red lock tite, someone who can bench 150lbs if you don't have a transmission jack (you can steady it on a regular jack, but just in case :-) ).

thanks guys, some good stuff. how hard is it to get that pilot bearing out of there?
bleeding the slave can i not just do it by the book, pumping it up and all . im thinkin about opening the bleeder and try and let the gravity flow some fluid down before it goes back in too. can i get the puller at an auto parts store?

Yeah, they are like $35 from pepboys, cheaper if you have a harbor freight around. As for the pilot bearing, many people need to gut it before the tool will fit. I used 1 arm of a small gear puller on a 2lb slide hammer and it popped right out in one piece.... but hardly reusable.
As for the locktite, the red is stronger than the blue. The cartek install instructions (which are great) suggest red for the flywheel bolts, and blue for the 2 bolts that hold on the slave/throwout.
