I have an auto and I am just tired of it. Would like to swap out for a 6 speed. Anyone in the Oklahoma Area want an Auto Tranny? The tranny is in perfect condition, shifts good and has never had a problem.

 

i was thinking of a m6 to a4 switch over the winter. i'm just afraid of how a 4,600rpm stall will be in a daily driver?

 

I know someone with an A4 (2002 TA with 25,000 miles of highway driving). It's my girlfriends car and has never been abused. She really wants a stick for the fun factor. Let me know if you are serious about the swap.

the m6 to a4 swap i've been thinking of doing after i missed a gear and spun two berrings and broke a piston. i only have 17,000 on my 01 ta,i had all the trans stuff upgraded from d&d performance,i also have a pro 5.0shifter and a new ram 910vds clutch. i would love an auto BUT i never rode in a car with a 4,600stall,my car is a dailydriver and i don't know how the stall will perform on the streets when driving at 40ish mph. also,the m6 is HARD on parts. i broke my rear,driveshaft,3-clutches and my stock tq-arm.
