MGW or go home. Also, get a tick master if you can, best two mods I've done.

Stock size is 16mm. When you order the shifter you should have the option to get the stick in either 12mm or 16mm (at least thats how it was with mgw). If you get the 16mm then you can only run a **** that is 16mm as well even though a lot of ***** come with little adapters to run them on a smaller stick. It has nothing to do with the actual length of the shifter.

MGW period. They offer the 12mm Corvette thread b/c there's a lot more aftermarket shift **** choices in that particular thread pitch than our stock thread of 16.

When I got mine, I opted for the 12mm. Worked great with my GTO ****.

Every site I looked at offered ***** in both sizes. They just change the master insert to whatever you have. I opted for the 16mm so I could use my stock **** if I wanted to.

If you get the 12mm C5 thread, you can get a trick C6Z06 **** that's made to fit. If you e never drove a C6Z06, you wouldn't understand, but it's seriously the most comfortable shifter **** I've ever rowed with.

It's totally up to you. There are plenty of nice ***** out there in both 12mm and 16mm. It doesn't really matter.

Well I've never used line lock, but if it needed a specific shifter size to work I think that would be specified no? If not, research it to double check. But the 12mm or 16mm size is just for the ****. What size **** are you running now? I'm assuming 16mm since thats stock size so just get the 16mm. The thread size is just for different shift **** sizes. I think you're way overthinking this.

Personally, I wouldn't want the line lock on the shift **** anyway...
