Grinding going into 2nd
Grinding going into 2nd My 02 Z28 with T56. I had changed the fluid and put synthetic in there and it was grinding and real notchy. I switched back to regular Dex3 and installed a Pro 5-0 shifter and it is much better but still grinds some going into 2nd at low speeds and seems notchy. I held the clutch down with the trans in 1st and brought it up to around 5k rpm's and the car didn't try to inch forward at all. So any suggestions as to what the problem is would be welcome.
