Default Why is my clutch still slipping?

I have the Mcloed street twin disk with adj. master in my 01' WS6. I was having problems with the clutch engaging to slowely so I fried the first disks in about 2 months. I just put a new Master in and the pedal is finally comeing back up quickly like it should but the clutch is slipping. The new disks only have about 1500 miles on them and are all ready starting to slip a little. Mostley when I take off from a stop. Sometimes it feels fine and others it's horrible. Why would it be inconsistent? Could there be a problem with the slave or throw-out bearing? Also, I'm sure the disks still have plenty of material and are just glazed over, so can I sand off the glaze or anything to save the disks?

Anyone? I am now starting to notice another problem. After the car has been sitting and is cold, the first time I push the pedal it feels like it's stuck and won't go down, and then it's fine. Like it's catching up on something.
