T-10 question
I have read that the 26 spline (fine spline) T-10 will work with the LS/T56 tranny parts. From what I have found a 621 bell housing will bolt up just fine. My question is, I found a 1998 stock LS1 near new clutch for $100, will a flywheel that old bolt up to my L92 crank? I couldn't find any info on using flywheels from that old. I'm on huge budget and hope this works.
Btw what a bummer hydraulic throw out bearings are so pricey! I plan to use one with a universal wilwood master cylinder and pedal
answers around here are like pulling teeth and the blastes search function pulls up crap results too.
I'm running a T10 behind an 05 motor. f body LS1 flywheel/clutch, 621 bell, LS7 pilot bearing.
A little more info.

The T10s came in 1st gear ratios from about 2.4 to 3.4. The 2.4 1st gear trans is rated at about 400 ft/lbs, about what your motor makes. The higher number 1st gear trans are considerably lower with the 3.42 rated under 300 ft/lbs.
Got a pic/thread of that build? Love the 50s chevy pickups.
